Hello everyone!

I hope you and your loved ones are all safe and healthy. The pandemic we are currently experiencing is devastating and has affected many if not all of us in ways we could not have imagined.

Rest assured that at SG Photo Booth this situation will not change our dedication to always provide you with the highest service you’ve come to expect from us.

As a photo booth company, where props Quickly get passed from one hand to another, it is impossible to properly sanitize each prop in between sessions to assure we are not a possible cause of transmission of COVID19. Due to the pandemic and the newest strain surfacing in Michigan & the spike in cases again Link Here We currently are not providing and or using props until further notice.

Now, with this virus, we have taken additional steps to keep you and our employees safe. We have implemented the steps to prevent illness as recommended by the CDC and have updated our contract to protect you in case of our cancellation or your postponement.

At Sg Photo Booth, we bring smiles to people’s faces, make people laugh and get silly, this will not change. In fact, we need this now more than ever.

The health and safety of our team, clients, guests, and community is our top priority therefore we have made some updates to our services, procedures, and protocols that we want you to be aware of when you work with us. Please know we are committed to doing everything in our power to provide safe, fun, and memorable in-person  photo booth experiences and are doing our best to adapt to the ongoing daily/weekly local and federal guideline changes.

The below information applies to in-person photo booth experiences only and was last updated on 3/5/2021 in accordance with local Michigan guidelines and CDC guidelines surrounding best practices for navigating in-person events.

Effective 3/5/21-4/18/21 Indoor Gathering restrictions are limited to <25 people indoors for banquet halls and outdoor gatherings are limited to 300 people.

  1. MASKS: Until further notice SG Photo Booth staff will be asked to wear a double-layer mask that covers their nose and mouth as well as fit snugly around their face during delivery, setup, and breakdown, as well as during any event that includes “socially distanced staffing.” Source: CDC “How to Select, Wear, and Clean Your Mask”

  2. SCHEDULING: Until further notice SG Photo Booth staff will have their temperature screened and answer a questionnaire assessing if they have any known symptoms of COVID-19 and/or came into contact with someone who tested positive or has known symptoms prior to working any shift they are scheduled for. If SG Photo Booth staff have any known symptoms of COVID-19, share that they may have come into contact with someone who may or does have COVID-19, or have tested positive for COVID-19 then they will not work the event. SG Photo Booth will do its best to find a replacement staff for events that include “socially distanced staffing” but at this time staffing during events cannot be guaranteed. With that said, all photo booths are operational without staff and remote support via phone is included.   3. SAFE OPTIONS + SIGNAGE: Until further notice SG Photo Booth will provide an automatic, touchless hand sanitizer station with 1 gallon 80% ethyl alcohol for guests to use before and after touching the photo booth screen & memory book. The photo booth screen will also include a reminder for guests to use the hand sanitizer station. SG Photo Booth will not provide stanchions for lines, additional signage for social distancing or mask wearing, etc. This will be the responsibility of the client.   4. CLEANING: SG Photo Booth will continue to sanitize all equipment used at events with EPA-approved disinfectant wipes before and after events. For “socially distanced staffing” events SG Photo Booth staff will also sanitize the photo booth screen before the start of the event.   5. PROPS: Until further notice SG Photo Booth will not provide props of any kind with its packages. Should a client want to provide their own props SG Photo Booth staff will not be responsible for disinfecting, touching, or monitoring them. SG Photo Booth currently does not recommend using props for events, most especially any type of face/head props or boas.

  6. RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATION: SG Photo Booth will do its best to accommodate any reschedules or event cancellations due to Government Restrictions on indoor gatherings, with that said we cannot guarantee availability if we are booked on the reschedule date that you choose and will refund promptly according to contract.
